Filzilla accessing Inmotion Folders

I downloaded Filezilla and entered the technical information. However, it does not access my public_html folder. On the remote side, it just shows the backslash. Everything is connecting and it's saying the files transferred successfully. But I don't know where it's transferred to. How do I access the files in inmotion?

Hello, Sorry for the problems with accessing FTP. If you are accessing your account with FTP using your account user name, then you would have access to the PUBLIC_HTML. You can see some clear instructions on this by going to Getting Started with FTP. You can also access the PUBLIC_HTML folder files with the FTP user you would create in cPanel, but you would have to modify the default directory that the user has access to. By default, a new FTP created in cPanel a sub-directory created when that user is created, but that directory can always be changed. The account user name already has access to the server files through FTP. The account user name's access default to see all of the servers files that are accessible on the user account.
