Does InMotion Hosting Do Business with Ukraine?

I got a call on the phone, I confirmed the order.
Then I received a reply to the post.
We do want to thank you for considering InMotion Hosting! We are grateful that you choose to use our hosting services. Unfortunately however, we will not be able to serve as your hosting provider. Upon reviewing your account we found that we are unable to legally register your account due to embargo issues between our countries. I do apologize about this inconvenience. I have noted your order to be canceled. The pending charge on your card will drop off within the following 24 - 72 hours. As a courtesy, listed below are a couple of alternatives you may be interested in using:
I live in Ukraine. Do not I have the right to work with you? With whom can I discuss details of my paid order?
Why do not you want me to sell reseller hosting? I got the call, I confirmed the order. I placed the order.
I understand English but can`t speak fluently in English. But that is no reason to deny me.
I want to work with you.
I hope you activate my account.

As you will see Ukraine was added to the list on 12/30/2014. I do apologize but there is nothing more that can be done about this matter.
