Unable to create subdomain

Hi inmotion hosting. I would like to ask why I can't create a subdomain in my site? I'm using wordpress as the platform. I already try every tutorials but it looks like nothing is working. Please can you help me? thank you, Regards

Hello, Thanks for the question and sorry for the problems with the subdomain! Creating a subdomain does not actually involve the use of the WordPress administrator. A subdomain is something that you will create in the cPanel. Please see our tutorial on creating subdomains in cPanel. This article will walk you through the process for creating the subdomain.
