I Accidentally deleted the Admin User in Moodle (phpmyadmin) database

I deleted admin user in phpmyadmin(databse) moodle, so i cannot able to login as admin in the moodle site also siteadministration option everything options is not displying for normal user,sooo how to create admin account through the phpmyadmin or how to assign the privileges for admin and how to login by using the admin in moodle

Hello sruthi, Thank you for your question about creating an new admin account in Moodle. I found a helpful post in the official Moodle Forums titled "Admin account deleted - need help." In that post they provide specific steps for re-creating the Admin user. After it has been created you can login to Moodle as the Admin user again.
