Hi, I got bounce back emails from yesterday when I sent emails to Live.com. Please check this issue and try to fix asap because we're loosing our business. I'm attaching bounce back email copy as following: This message was created automatically by mail delivery software. A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed: faisal.********@live.com SMTP error from remote mail server after MAIL FROM: SIZE=4107: host mx3.hotmail.com [65.54.188.94]: 550 SC-001 (BAY004-MC2F5) Unfortunately, messages from ***.**.**.*** weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list. You can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors. ------ This is a copy of the message, including all the headers. ------

Hello faisal.alferdos, Thank you for contacting us with your problems sending email to Live.com addresses. Since this is our Public Forums, I have marked out any account specific information. This is the important part of your error: "Unfortunately, messages from ***.**.**.*** weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list." In this error, you can see that the mail is being denied due to this IP (owned by InMotion Hosting) being on a block list. At times you can be affected by the actions of other users in a Shared Server setting. Our 24/7 staff works very hard to mitigate these instances. I reviewed your server and the IP address that was blocked by Live.com, is no longer the mail IP for your server. This means it has been most likely changed/updated. You should be able to send email successfully to Live.com accounts at this time. In the future, our Bounce Back Parser Tool may help you determine the cause of a returned email. We also have a helpful guide titled "What to do if an email is returned," that can help you troubleshoot common bounceback messages. If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below. Thank you, John-Paul
