Opencart customer sign up emails are not being sent to my email.

Opencart customer sign up emails are not being sent to my email address.
They used to send but no longer do.
I also get an error code.
Can anyone tell me of correct setting to use in Opencart , ones posted previously on support page do not work.

Hello Sean, Sorry to hear about the email issues with your OpenCart. We are happy to assist. What is the error code you are receiving? Did you make any changes prior to this occurring? Were any updates made for either OpenCart or any extensions? Are you able to confirm with a test of your own? What version of OpenCart are you currently using?
