htaccess redirect to file

I have multiple sites hosted on inMotion. Two Joomla sites (2.5 and 3.x) are failing to load the yahoo weather module. A call to technical service resulted in this email.
Your link to the module: http://bogott-family.com/index.php/2015-04-21-23-37-19/who-are-the-bogotts

You have no .htaccess to redirect to a file called 2015
Regrettably, this means nothing to me. I have access to the htaccess.txt file. What do I need to add?

Hello, Sorry for the problem with the redirect for the Yahoo weather module. The support ticket reply reveals that your weather module was trying to be loaded from the " http://bogott-family.com/index.php/2015-04-21-23-37-19/who-are-the-bogotts" link because it did not work. This is the reason that the weather module wasn't working. You will need to re-load the module and then use the new link for weather module. Also, if you make ANY changes to the .htaccess file - you're making them to .htaccess, NOT htaccess.txt.
