Thank you for your question on linking to apps. Apps for android are files with apk extensions. Browsers and Operating Systems do not readily recognize these files. You would need an Android operating system to recognize them. Even then, they must be downloaded and installed on the device to work. You can always link to the zip or apk file, but it will not work unless properly installed on the device.
