Email & DNS issues

i created an email using cpanel and have been able to add it on my outlook. the problem is I havent been able to receive mails. I looked u my Doman and I got an STMP error. Even though i followed the cpanel instructions to the T. I've changed the out going servers to 25 no joy.

Also i'm not sure if my DNS settings are right because i get the following errors

https pybnaija.com The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send. (https://pybnaija.com)
smtp pybnaija.com Failed To Connect More Info
