top level domains check seeing various servers

I am on two blacklisrs and have been trying to remove them. I ran a tol for various things and found thius in screenshot. It shows different top level domains. With all the attempted hacks i worry one slipped through. It is for this domain

If a domain is blacklisted, you will receive an email bounceback with information saying that the domain was rejected by a specific blacklist. You can also visit our blacklist checker tool that check various blacklists for you to see if it is on a list.
