Bing & Yandex webmaster tool verification error
I tried to verify my web property on bing and Yandex webmaster tool using meta tag. But, they are showing error as follows. But I was able to add my website to Google webmaster tool successfully using meta tag.
Bing:

HTTP Error: Status Code 503. We did not receive a 200 (OK) response when requesting your page. Please make sure the URL to your authentication file exist and try again.
Yandex:
Rights haven't been verified
We couldn't load the page because of redirect cycle. Set the correct redirect handling.
How to resolve this error?
