Atrocious downtime on my email hosting
I have been experiencing horrible downtime on my email hosting over the past month. Almost daily, I will lose my connection for 5 to ten minutes at a time. Often, this occurs multiple times a day. What is going on to cause this, and what is being done to remedy it?
I have also received a number of notices that the East Coast Data Center is being upgraded, and that I may experience downtime over a given weekend, but apparently whatever upgrades were performed have either kept the system down into the week, or have simply made things worse. I hope a solution will be offered promptly. I have emailed support on two separate occasions requesting a bill adjustment for this downtime and have been consistently ignored. Hopefully this public post will encourage some action.
