Having trouble getting Magento's newsletter to work.

I have qued up the template and set the day and time to send but nothing happens. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong...? Thanks!

Hello MrRickSchroeder, I found a free plugin that should help you delete from the queue. It seems there is no way to remove it by default in Magento. Best Regards, TJ Edens

Hello MrRickSchroeder, Sorry to hear you are having issues with your Magento newsletter. What are the exact steps you took to set up the newsletter. What settings, etc. Did you run a test newsletter to see if they went out? How many went out? None? or were some missing? Have you checked with our Live Support to see if any emails were sent from the server? Kindest Regards, Scott M
