My mail server is very slow

Hi,
I tried to access one of my mail accounts www.vacose.com.mx, and takes too long to access it, download and send messages, can you verify that hosting this well, and if so, in what way I can check?

Hello IEGUERRERO, I checked the server that houses your account and everything seems to be fine. Does this happen on all accounts? Are you using Webmail or an email client? If you are using an email client are you using POP or IMAP? Do you have a large amount of emails in this account? Such as in over 10,000 emails? If you feel that it may be server related you may contact our support department to have your account/server reviewed. Best Regards, TJ Edens
