Thank you for contacting us about a username and password for WHMCS. While we provide a WHMCS license to Resellers, it is up to you install WHMCS. You can install WHMCS using Softaculous, as well as many other 3rd party softwares.
As part of the installation, you will create a username and password for accessing the admin section of WHMCS.

Are you trying to log in as a client or the admin? The admin will be a different URL and should not allow you to log into the client side since you are the admin and not a customer. To create a login for the client area just create a new client and log in with those credentials.

That area is only for people who order WHMCS directly from their website. What addons are you looking to get as there may be other methods to acquire them such as the developers website.
