Getting no PHP installed error

I am receiving the following error when trying to publish a website for the first time using Premium Web Builder.
"The specified site location does not support dynamic pages. PHP is not installed."

Hello, Sorry to hear you are having trouble with the Premium Website Builder publishing your site. I can see you are on a shared server, so PHP is definitely on there. Be sure to check your builder publishing settings to ensure they are correct. If the error still persists, it may be an account level issue. This will need to be looked at by our Live Support team.
