Cannot Log into SSH
I was reset my root password, butI still cannot log into my VPS using SSH. And also I cannot log into WHM. Can you help me to reset my root password ?

I have a VPS server on your hosting, i have enabled root access, i am able to login via WHM but not via SSH.
I tried the article you have posted in knowlege base, but when i go for add ip to firewall the page displays 404.
please help me as it is very important for me to sort it out ASAP.

Unfortunately we are not able to reset your password as it requires account verification that should not be displayed on this public forum. However if you contact support while trying to connect to the server via SSH they will be able to tell from the logs what the problem is with your connection. Are you sure you have added your IP address to the firewall?

Thank you for your question. I am glad you were able to get SSH working.
For anyone else who might find this question, and is having trouble connecting to your server with SSH; make sure you have SSH enabled for the account in your WHM.

hello when i ssh into my vps i get permission denied pubkey even though i generated an ssh key on my bsd device then added that key and installed it to my server following a guide you have. how can i fix this?
