Rogue email in Mozilla Thunderbird cannot be deleted

A single email appearing in my Mozilla Thunderbird Inbox is propagating spam and cannot be deleted.......the rogue email does not appear in the inboxes of Inmotion Hosting's webmail interfaces.....how do I deal with this issue/

Agreed. Sounds like reinstalling Thunderbird may help the situation.

Hello,

Thank you for your question. You may need to re-install Thunderbird as that is a weird issue. I have had rogue emails before but I was always able to just remove them. Re-installing will remove the emails that are downloaded but anything left on the servers will just sync up once you re-install and re-configure your email account.
