Hello, I am currently with GreenGeeks as my hosting provider, however, I am not very satisfied with the service I am receiving.

Therefore, I want to switch to you as you are one of the highest rated hosting services around.

If I want to switch over, how will the process work? Will you transfer everything over yourselves? What will I have to do? I haul in a lot of traffic so I'll need a sturdy plan, too.

Hello Ismat, Sorry you're having problems with your current hosting provider. There are several options available to you to transfer your account. The easiest one is to allow our technical support team to transfer the site over for you. This can be planned when you establish the account. You just need to let the sales people know and they can arrange it for you. We have a couple different tutorials that detail what's needed to do a website transfer. Check out this tutorial and this video. The video shows how to request a website transfer AFTER you have purchased your hosting service from us.
