Magento 2 is not displaying page formatting on backend

I installed Magento 2 using Softaculous and the frontend is showing proper layout, but the admin/backend is not. Any ideas on how to correct this? Permissions have been checked and verified ok. Domain is bigstaruniquecollections.com

OK, thanks to Andrew at inmotionhosting, this issue was resolved. Some weird stuff happening on the backend with even new installs where still no formatting on the backend. Looked at the source for the page, tried the links to the stylesheets, and one was throwing an error "not found." Through the cPanel and File Manager, checked to see what was up. Come to find out, the css folder and files were not there. Not sure why they were not being installed with everything else. So Andrew renamed the public_html folder to public_html_old, created a new public_html, installed Magento through Softaculous with a new database and voila, it now works! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Did this happen immediately after installing Magento 2 via Softaculous?
