Hello, We're sorry to hear that your outgoing email is being classified as SPAM. If you're on a VPS or Dedicated server, then you can have an exception made if it is necessary. However, on shared servers, this is not the case. VPS or dedicated server owners are responsible for the reputation of their servers and can therefore set the overall rules on their accounts. For more information on this topic, check out Stop Emails being labeled as spam. If you need to have filter rules changed on your VPS or Dedicated server and you do not have root access or the knowledge on how to make these changes, then please submit a verified support ticket to our live technical support team. Make sure to provide the specific information on the issue including the email bounce message and the email addresses being affected. If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know. Regards, Arnel C.
