Premium Web Builder download link not showing up in AMP or Softaculous

I'd like to download Premium Web Builder, but it doesn't show up in AMP or in the list of Softaculous apps. I've followed the posted instructions, but I can't find the download link. Please help.

Hello, Sorry for the problem with the Premium Web Builder. You will need to contact our live technical support team in order to address this issue. It's not a matter of downloading the program. They create an account for you on a server and then give you the link to work with the software (it works online through the internet).
