Emails blocked by gmxnet

All our emails to the @web.de and @gmx.* are being bounced back.

I received the following from gmxnet,

Your email has been rejected because of one of the following issues related to your mail server configuration:

- no domain name is assigned to your server's IP in the DNS (domain name system)
- your DNS Records point to a list of dynamic IP addresses or to your provider's default entries
- the DNS record that you are using is not accepted by us.

Any ideas what can be done?

Hello Vensim, Sorry to hear that you're having problems with mail. We would need a full copy of the bounce-back message to see why the mail is being bounced. Please provide a copy of that message and the email address involved so that we can look into it further. You can also send in a verifiedticket in order to have the issue investigated privately.
