Having problem with my contact page mailling system

I have uploaded my site as add-on( http://steredapharmacy.com). All the pages are working but when i try to send a message from the contact page, it does not work though the setting are the same for the main domain itmastersgh.com. I want to know if there is a different configuration for add-on to make my mailing works. I have noticed the CGI-BIN folder and would like to know more about that. Thank you!!

Hello, Thank you for contacting us about your issues with your contact form. You'll want to make sure the settings are not exactly the same, since it is using a different domain name for the addon. If you would like to show us what settings you're using we would be happy to take a look. It is important to make sure you have the right SMTP settings in place.
