Error Sending or Receiving Emails after migrations.

Hi, I'm unable to receive or send emails on all my websites and domains, if someone sends me an email the server returns: Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently: [email protected] Technical details of permanent failure: Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain wpdashtools.com by wpdashtools.com. [server IP address ....]. The error that the other server returned was: 550-The mail server could not deliver mail to [email protected]. Please I need urgent help on this, I client of mine Is awaiting for a solution.

Hello alexjvr, Sorry to hear you are having issues with your emails being received. It seems that the issue may be related to the MX Entry tool (located in your the cPanels. I tested an email to your server with the current settings and can see the bounceback. I switchted the MX entry in wpdashtools from 'Auto' to 'Local' and the test email seemed to work. Please confirm that you did receive the email and if so, you can simply log into each cPanel and change them from 'Auto' to 'Local' settings. Instructions are here, though note that specifically this is for setting to 'Remote' settings. It works the same, just set it to 'Local'. Kindest Regards, Scott M
