emails with html tag

getting this msg from the template developer - 'Your server can't send email that contain HTML tag'. and my total business is stack for the last few days for this issue. what to do ?
getting this msg from the template developer - 'Your server can't send email that contain HTML tag'. and my total business is stack for the last few days for this issue. what to do ?
Thank you for your question regarding HTML in your emails. How are you sending these emails? Our email server allows HTML emails to be sent out and should not produce any such error.
