Account Suspension of account

My account is Suspended 3hr ago and i am not able to access my websites in hosting.

I got and email for illegal content that i want to remove from my website but not able to access anything

Please unsuspend my account so that i can perform required action..

Apologies for the problem. We unfortunately are unable to un-suspend your account. You must respond to the email that was sent to you in order to proceed. Once you have responded to the email, your request will be processed and you will be notified with instructions from that point.
