Prestashop 1.6 temp preview url setup issue

I try to setup prestashop for preview and make some change online before we go online. The domain are not pointing to the website.
In file public_html/swissprimenails.ch/config/settings.inc.php I have the follwoing settings:
DB_SERVER_: localhost
DB_NAME_: my db name
DB_USER_:my db user
DB_PASSWD_: my db password

As I see in my Account Technical Details my Temp URL is: http://ecbiz196.inmotionhosting.com/~*******
I edit myphpsql ps_shop_url with the following setting
domain: ecbiz196.inmotionhosting.com/~*******
domain_ssl: ecbiz196.inmotionhosting.com/~*******
physical_uri: /***********.ch/

When I go to http://ecbiz196.inmotionhosting.com/~*******/swissprimenails.ch/
I get the following error message: Error 500 - Internal Server Error

Hello WEMS, Thank you for your question about testing a PrestaShop site with a Temp URL. Since PrestaShop has issues resolving over a Temp URL, we recommend using a Host File Modification. This is covered in our article How to configure PrestaShop 1.5 with a Temp URL. This article was written for PrestaShop 1.5, but the steps are the same in 1.6. Thank you, John-Paul
