Hello, Sorry to hear you are having trouble getting into chat. In testing, we are not having any issues. Are you abele to get in if you disable firewalls on your computer? Are you able to test a different device or network? If you have an account specific support issue, you can also send a ticket or place a phone call to Live Support. Kindest Regards, Scott M
