Verification email doesn't send Drupal 7

Hi my Friends,

I tried to make a new Drupal website and the test address is here

I've set the configure as below picture but when new users try to create new account trough this address

http://graphic21.com/9/user/register

They don't get verification email.
I did a lot of search but I didn't see any similar issue.
Please help me to figure this out :)
