mail not receiving from the PHP contact form

Hi , how can i write the php coding for contact form , Am tried the below code but it doesn't work , i didn't receive the mail from the client .

Hello, Thank you for contacting us about difficulty with the PHP contact form. Did you receive any errors when trying to use the form? I advise checking your PHP version and checking to make sure you closed all of your PHP tags correctly. You can also enable PHP error logging for more information. Best, Christopher M.
