Configure split delivery Google Apps

Hola buenas tardes he intentado configurar la entrega dividida en Google App con el fin de compartir la entrega de correos entre los usuarios registrados en Google y los no registrados, sin embargo no he tenido éxito, he configurado los registros MX para Google y el funcionamiento que obtengo del correo es el siguiente. Desde las cuentas Google puedo enviar y recibir, desde las cuentas no registradas en Google solo puedo enviar y no recibir. A continuacion les dejare una serie de datos para que puedan observar la configuración.
Registros MX del dominio.

Thank you for your question regarding setting up split delivery in Google apps. I checked your MX records and they seem to match the settings provided in the Google guide.
We are happy to help you troubleshoot, but will need some additioanl information. What do you mean by "accounts not registered Google" ?
Are the email bouncing back or being returned with any error messages?
