Done with messages not getting through?

I remember you warned users that you were doing some work on your system a few weeks back. Afterwards, I found that some messages had not gotten through to me, or had even bounced. This was not only on the day you warned about. Is the confusion finished now, so people can rely on messages they send getting to me? I'm not talking about huge files.
