Web Deploy requires server name

I used FTP to upload my new WP website, but FTP was unable to upload the SQLServer files. I want to use WebDeploy (in Microsoft WebMatrix) to upload the database, but none of the server names listed in my account specs seem to work. What server name should I use?

Hello, Thanks for the question about using Web Deploy to upload your database files. Web Deploy does not support the transfer of MySQL databases through FTP. For non-Windows servers it can transfer the website files through FTP, but it cannot do the same for the database files. You will need to export your database from Webmatrix and then import the database using phpMyAdmin. If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know. Regards, Arnel C.
