Absence of email recall feature has to be the deal-breaker here! Everyone else has it except Webmail's roundcube.
You'll do well to consider this....otherwise, am out!
And till this very moment, you have not been able to include the feature in your webmail? That's so not a nice thing, I make mistakes while sending out emails and my boss can actually fire me due to this error. How can we not be able to recall mails? Can you get something done to this like immediately? We need this feature urgently please!
Hello! I'm sorry to hear that you have had issues with email that you wish to recall. It is, unfortunately, impossible to recall an email after it has been sent. By the nature of email, once a message has left the server of origin, there is nothing anyone who sent the message can do. It is now a file on another server, completely out of the control of the sender.
Systems which appear to offer email recall are either internal systems that control everything from the sender's server to the destination server, and can therefore modify the destination server both technically and legally, or simply systems that delay when a message is sent for a set period. This waiting period allows you to change your mind and cancel the email before it is sent.
On our Shared, WordPress, and Reseller plans, we keep our email delivery set to an industry standard configuration which will not disrupt the workflow or expectations of anyone sharing the server. If you or your system administrator would like to install custom email software with features that include delayed sending, your best choice would be one of our VPS or Dedicated Server plans. Hope that helps!

Hi, Oliver! If you would like to add new features to Roundcube and are on a VPS or Dedicated plan, there may be a plugin available. If a plugin does not already exist, it may be worth checking in with the Roudcube developers and community to see if there are plans to create one.
Beyond that, you may want to try connecting a different email client to your account with the feature already built in. I hope that helps!
