Back Office Problem. (After Installing Prestashop 1.6.1.9)

The localhost page isn’t working

localhost is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

That's what happen when I clicked the Manage Your Store (Back Office). But I can open the Front Office.
PLEEEEEASE!!! I really need an urgent reply.
