Outlook email files missing

New pc windows 10. Outlook emails no archived files or folders or emails. Still found on old windows 7 pc.

Hello, Thank you for your question regarding emails missing in outlook on a new PC. If you are using "POP" on the old computer, the emails are typically downloaded and stored on the computer. In this case, you can export the emails from your older computer, then import them into your new computer. If you are using IMAP, you should be able to see your emails after subscribing to your INBOX. Thank you, John-Paul
