Unable to connect to email from desktop apps

Wee can login to mail via web browser wemail for our domain. I can access mail through cPanel. However we cannot access mail via Mac mail or Outlook. All waas working yesterday. No changes have been made at our end.

computer crashed, replaced it but need to add my email account to the new computer. It will not recognize this email address

Hello,

Thank you for your question about logging into your email account with Mac Mail, and Outlook. What type of connection is your account setup for, IMAP or POP? If you're using IMAP, have you tried removing, and then re-adding your account in MacMail, or Outlook? What version of these email clients are you using? Have you made any updates recently to your email program versions, or email setup?
