My Joomla site Title

I am having problem with my Joomla site. When it appear on google, it shows the titles together with these words at the end of the titles: (Creating your site).
Please is there a way to remove it?

Hello Rotoshopping, Sorry for the issues with your titles appearing with extra words at the end of titles. Titles that appear in Google Search come from the parsed titles that are actually in your website. You can find more information by looking at how Google determines your website title. You will need to correct your title in your site in order to make that correction. You may also want to review the Google Webmaster tools. We do not control how Google search engines operate, but you may be able to request corrections once you have completed making changes to your site.
