Form no longer works

A form on one of my sites no longer work. I get this error:
Application Error
An error has occurred in the program
Can't open mailprog [/usr/lib/sendmail -oi -t]

The page where the form resides is:

Hello Matt,

Sorry for the form error. The error that you're seeing appears to show a problem with your php.ini setting. You need to login to your php.ini file (local to your website installation) and then make sure that the setting shows "sendmail -i -t" not "sendmail -oi -t".

If you continue to have problems, also make sure that the modsec rules are turned off in the cPanel. Please try that first and then let us know if you require further assistance.
