Cant access my domain- New account

You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
File permissions seem to be correct. what is the problem here ?

Hello, Thank you for your question about your website showing a 403 error. It appears that your domain is not currently pointed to a server that we manage. You would need to either point the domain to your server with us, or contact the current provider of your website hosting for that domain. Gratefully, Casey B.
