How Do I Backup BoldGrid?

Good morning, Thanks for your question about backups in BoldGrid. BoldGrid itself doesn't store backups unless you are using the BoldGrid Backup Plugin. However, Support usually maintains a full cPanel backup. This backup of your entire account is ran every 24 to 36 hours. Keep in mind, there are exclusions to this. So, if you are not using the BoldGrid backup plugin, you may want to reach out to the Support Department to see what can be done. I hope this helps! Thanks! Tim S
