How do I update the DNS for my domain?

Dear Team,

I have purchased the domain from the Etisalat and hosted in your service. All I want to do that, need to update the DNS details. I have tried to update the below details but nothing worked.
ns1.servconfig.com
ns2.servconfig.com
Could you please provide the help to resolve this issue,

Hello, Sorry for the problem with the DNS update issues for the domain name you are using with our hosting service. As you using a third party domain registrar (Etisalat), you will need to refer to their interface in order to change your name servers.
