how do I transfer a locked domain?

My contract with Bluehost expired. I opened an InMotion account. My bluehost domain is locked and I can't log in to them to unlock it. What do I do?

Thanks for your question about your domain at Bluehost. Unfortunately, you will have to reach out to them for further assistance. They should be able to unlock the domain for you. I'd suggest giving them a call.
