I've purchased a new domain name (newdomain.com, say) and want to point it to my BoldGrid site which is currently at www.olddomain.com/xyz_wp. How can I accomplish this?
Thanks for your question about domain mapping. This depends on how you would like to use the domains going forward. If you would like to use the new domain, you may consider migrating the site to the new domain, testing to make sure everything works correctly, and then use a 301 redirect from the old domain to the new domain.
Or, if you would like to continue hosting the site on the old domain, you can use the latter part of the above paragraph: use a 301 to direct traffic from the new domain to the old one.
