Renewing SSL Certificate from Comodo

I purchased SSL cert 12/2017 through the cPanel for doorshop.com. The certificate was from Comodo and is about to expire (next month)
I am unable to renew it through cPanel or AMP or Comodo.
I can't login to Comodo to attempt to renew the cert because I don't have an order number.
Any suggestions?

Hello Yousefh, Apologies for the problem with renewing your SSL Certificate from Comodo. If you purchased the certificate through us then there should be a record of it in your account. Please contact our Customer Service Team (Accounting/Billing) so that they can find more information on the purchase of the SSL for you and then help with its renewal. If you purchased the certificate directly from Comodo, then you should contact them directly and they can help find a record of your purchase so that you can renew it.
