when i want to edit my html file and click edit button then code are not visible

If you are already using cPanel File Manager to edit files, but the files are coming up blank, my best advice is to first check the cPanel Domain settings to make sure you are in the right directory. If files like index.html appear empty, it's possible that your site is set up to use different files to generate content. Wordpress sites, for example, will not use a 'standard' page layout and generate their content using a different system. Some sites will actually place the HTML code within PHP files like index.php!
