Export/Import 2.1.12 products open cart error

hi guys,

when trying to import my csv file (which has been working fine till now) I get this:

Error

The file structure does not match the selected type

When leaving it for a few days untouched and then trying again to upload my csv file, it works. 10 minutes later, you try to upload it again after uploading more products, the same message comes up.

any ideas as to why this is happening?
