how can i get rid of the "soon to be" domain name wording on contact me emails? I have republished. So why the "soon to be"?

You'd need to the contact form settings in your Contact Form 7 plugin by clicking Contact > Contact Forms > the contact form form for that page. I recommend you further secure it afterwards.
