Using Different Builder than Premium Website Builder

I have a hosting package here but am not satisfied with the template selections in Premium Website Builder. Is there a way that I can use a different website builder outside of programs like Dreamwever etc.. and then upload my site to this host? Are there online site builders that are independent of hosting plans...that I can just use builder and publish site to this host? Thanks

If you are finding that the templates in the Premium Website Builder do not meet your needs, you are free to use whatever software you'd like to build your website. We recommend using content management systems on your web hosting account, such as WordPress or Joomla. For most, using content management systems is by far the easiest and most convenient way to build and maintain a website.
